BNCOD16 (BNCOD10000 in binary!) will be held at the Cardiff University Conference Centre, situated in a leafy area of the Welsh capital, within easy reach of the city centre. This year, BNCOD will run in conjunction with the International Database Engineering Applications Symposium (IDEAS'98) with the two conferences overlapping for the morning of Wednesday, 8th July. A significant discount is available to delegates who register for both conferences, and other delegates will have the opportunity to attend sessions from either conference during the overlap period.
