The purpose of the lectures for this course is to provide a sound grounding in many aspects of AI and to this effect the notes will provide pointers and stimulus for additional reading. It is assumed that additional reading is an integral part of the course and could be examinable.
Mosaic (WWW) notes will contain some additional information and all notes will provide pointers to additional topics and texts. Some exercises may also allude to some additional material.
