Saving a Program

To save a newly created or modified program, select one of the three options from the File menu. The Save all command saves all the current program windows to the associated files. The Save command saves the file to which the front window belongs; this takes effect only if the window is a program window. The Save as... command allows to save the file to which the front window belongs under a different name by means of a dialog window; the front window can be either text or program in this case.

NOTE : It is advisable to save the program every so often after changes have been made to it. This is a safety measure to ensure that modified text will not be lost in case re-booting is necessary during the MacProlog32 session. It is also advisable to keep a second copy of your data disk in case of catastrophes.
