Research Interests

I am interested in how intelligent mobile systems can be supported and extended with sensor and social networks. In particular, my work has so far focused primarily on intelligent resource allocation in heterogeneous sensor networks while supporting military and emergency response operations.

The paradigm of mobile apps combined with people and sensor networks brings unprecedented research opportunities. My goal lies in merging these aspects together and build innovative applications with a real world impact while uncovering the underlying computer science problems of this new exciting marriage of areas.
