There are many themes which might link individual items of scientific or other literature together, such as ideas which are discussed, world-views which are adopted, etc., within each individual document. In this project we shall be developing new ways of understanding how to inter-link on-line literature in a way that supports scholarly research. Developments in the area of Linked Data will be taken into account. The application domain is open for discussion. Three possible areas are of particular interest: biological (especially biodiversity), computing and religious literature. If the project concentrates on religious literature it is intended to focus on biblical interpretation and the associated literature.
