Title:Base Station Selection in Mobile Networks
The aim of this project is to create an application to assist with the selection of Base Station Transceivers (BSTs) in a mobile network. The algorithm should attempt to vary the site cost and coverage to provide the highest Network Performance Measure (NPM) possible. The application has been written in VB.NET.
